Privacy

Staywise stores trip plans primarily on your device (localStorage in the browser / app WebView). We do not sell personal data.

Accounts. Sign-in may create a local session on this device. If Supabase is configured, authentication email may be processed by Supabase (magic link / OTP). You can delete your on-device account and trip data from Account → Delete account & local data. That clears the local session and stored trips on this device. For cloud auth deletion beyond this device, email contact@stayflowstudio.com.

Travel AI. Optional OpenAI API keys send trip planning prompts to OpenAI when enabled by the operator. Prompts may include itinerary text you enter in chat.

Photos (iOS). The native app may request Photo Library access only when you choose “Save to Photos” for a day reel. Images are written to your library; we do not upload them to Staywise servers.

Map tiles may be loaded from OpenStreetMap / MapLibre providers.

App Store Privacy labels (guidance). Typical categories: Contact Info (email, if you sign in); User Content (trip plans, chat text sent to AI when enabled); Photos (only if you save a reel); Diagnostics (none by default). No third-party advertising tracking in the core product.
